Had a lovely day in the Lake District on Monday 8th July. I was heading to Rydal Mount to meet my new 121 client Angela for a 6 hour photography workshop. She was on holiday and had asked me to meet her to help and offer some advise on her photography. We had a wonderful time and a few laughs along the way.
I arrived early so made a quick stop at Waterhead, Ambleside. I have seen some amazing photos of a particular boat, sunrises and mist at this location in the last year so I wanted to check it out.
There was some lovely light on the boat and beyond however the water was rippley so no reflection. I went for a 3 sec exposure with a 6 stop Nd filter and somehow after studying the boat managed to take it without the boat moving around in the current.
Angela has left me a fantastic review on my facebook page so please feel free to check it out. If you feel I could help with your photography then please get intouch.
I feel that Angela has taken some stunning photographs and I look forward to seeing the final edited results.
Thanks
Antony
